chic snack and some Costco enthusiasm

This here is my new favourite 4:30 snack. Steeple goat's cheese on a Mary's Organic Cracker (gluten-free, brown rice +!), then shimmy on some fig jam. It's splendid.

If I had the money I'd be at the local market thrice weekly, but as it stands - bulk food is my bud. So let's hear it for Costco! Yes, you pay a membership fee, and you have to get a picture taken that makes you (or maybe just me) look like SubCommandante Marcos, but you get 2% of what you spend back at the end of the year! For example, a large tube of goat's cheese is $7, and an enormous box of Mary's Organic crackers: $8.
